Tuscan Twilight Date Night, October 5, 6:00-9:00
Tuscany is a magical place. There is so much beauty in the people, the landscape and the food. We invite you to join us for a relaxed evening under the ‘Tuscan’ stars as we cook together and enjoy food and conversation. We’ll gather up some of the transitioning vegetables that the farmers market has to offer. The outdoor wood fired oven will be alit as we sear off a “bistecca alla fiorentina” (we don’t have the exact cut of meat found in Italy, but we will do our best!). Also gracing this menu will be a panzanella salad and, of course, there will be pasta! And gelato! Please join us for what has proven to be a very special evening.
