The Bear Season 3 Date Night, June 28, 6:30-9:00
Season 3 of “The Bear” immerses its viewers into the slog of the day-to-day life of being a chef. By the end of the season, any notion that working in a restaurant is anything but challenging, has been dispelled. Fortunately, our class will be much more fun! Each couple will work on the mis en place (prep) for a dish and plate it for service. Our multi-course menu will include asparagus soup with saffron croutons, fresh pasta ravioli with white truffle butter sauce, pan-seared and basted bone-in steak and the infamous dessert cannoli! Yes Chef!
