Chefs! Are we up for a date night featuring dishes from season 2 of The Bear? In season 2, the recipes become a bit more intense as the restaurant shifts its focus from a sandwich shop to an upscale dining establishment. The Bear chefs take classes and trips abroad to hone their skills in the kitchen. Our format for this class will be the same as our Season 1 class; groups will prepare their dishes and plate to serve everyone. The menu will include Sydney’s boursin omelette served with greens, bucatini pasta with Bolognese, Carmy & Syd’s version of seven fishes and Marcus’s Copenhagen Sundae. Every second counts!
