This is our annual opportunity to honor the change of season and the ingredients that make it special. We are lucky to be able to fully experience the gifts that come with each growing season in Ohio. Tricia will source from the local farmer’s markets and will feature Asparagus, Peas, Tender Lettuces, Herbs, Rhubarb, Radishes, Early Strawberries, Local Cheese, and Eggs. Tricia will share her newly learned skill of making Challah bread in an hour! This will be a three-course demonstration class. The tables will be adorned in a Spring Tablescape, and we will greet you with a seasonal cocktail when you arrive.
