If you are as transfixed as we are with the show “The Bear” then this is a date night for you! We simply salivate as we watch each episode and want to bring these recipes from season 1 to life! (Seasons 2 and 3 to follow in future date night classes).

Sydney’s cola-braised short ribs with risotto, with the “river of brine”, is a must as is Carmy’s chicken piccata with Tina’s Rosemary mashed potatoes. We will also prepare Sydney’s plantain stew and fresh fennel salad. It wouldn’t be a tribute to the show if we didn’t finish with Marcus’ chocolate ganache cake. Yes chef!
