Join us for this special dinner as Chefs Yohalex, Paul and Susan guide you through a delicious multi-course meal of Peruvian delights! This vibrant cuisine is a mix of indigenous, Spanish, and other influences and is recognized as a leading world cuisine. Our courses will include causa (a flavorful potato dish that is layered with tuna and avocado), ceviche made with the freshest fish we can get our hands on and a ‘leche de tigre’ that you will want to drink straight from the bowl, Peruvian chicken from the wood-fired oven with aji verde (green sauce), and passionfruit ice cream served with alfajores.
