This class begins with a presentation on various pasta flours, their applications, and how pasta varies throughout the regions of Italy. Chef Sue will then guide you through the process of mixing, kneading and cutting fresh egg pasta.
In this hands-on class, we will prepare homemade fettuccini noodles, a bright and delicious San Marzano tomato sauce, polpetta, (Italian meatballs), a crisp Italian salad with balsamic vinegarette, and cannoli with creamy ricotta filling.
