Make & Take Vegetarian Cabbage Rolls, November 3, 1:00-3:00

$95.00
1 available

I learned how to make stuffed cabbage rolls from my Serbian father when I was a young child. Ours were made with a mixture of ground beef & rice, simmered in a tomato sauce with sauerkraut and kielbasa. In this class you will learn the technique of how to make cabbage rolls, but with a lighter filling of mashed potatoes and lentils to take home to enjoy. Together we will eat a meal of vegetarian cabbage rolls, served with hearty salad greens tossed with agave-Dijon vinaigrette, and hearty artisan bread. Please bring an extra-large flat container, 9”x13” or 12”x12”, with a secure lid to transfer your uncooked cabbage rolls to your home.

Hands-on, $95
