Macarons make the perfect bite of texture. A little crunch, chew, and cream. They are made in a wide range of colors and flavors. In this hands-on, gluten free class, we will be making at least 4 different Macarons. We will learn to overcome common blunders of the Macaron and perfect our piping. We will fill our Macarons with ganache and flavored buttercreams.
