Let's Make Sushi! May 20, 6:00-8:00

This will be a fun, creative night! Chef Heather will demo rolling, cutting, plating, and garnishing of a few rolls, and have dozens of different ingredients ready for you to roll your own - from fresh fruits and vegetables, to crab salads, smoked salmon, spicy tuna and more...as well as a variety of sauces and garnishes. We will start with perfectly seasoned sticky rice, and you will each make a few rolls to enjoy for dinner – accompanied by a steaming bowl of Hot and Sour Soup that Chef will put the finishing touches on while the class is rolling. We'll top off our fun evening with a sweet treat - Coconut Mango Sago Pudding!

*Recipes will be included, but all components will be prepared ahead of time. You will be creating your own sushi rolls but not making any recipes in class.*
