We will be rolling in the evening with homemade Spring Rolls. Spring Rolls can be the main course if you have fillings full of good ingredients. Lovely alongside a salad, a bowl of sticky rice, or even as a light meal with sautéed vegetables or a cup of broth. Chef Mike will provide recipes for his favorite fillings. You will learn the proper technique to prep, fill, roll and fry! Each roll will have a special dipping sauce. Come hungry and be ready to work your way around the island.
