Let's Make Pie, November 25, 9:30-12:30

$100.00

Thanksgiving week is the perfect time to elevate your pie baking. Class will begin with a pie demo of some intricate designs; including braiding, roses, ruffles and more. Each student will then get to mix, roll and shape their own pie shell to take home for later use. After finishing individual pie shells, student groups will use the demoed pie shells to make my favorite Chocolate Fudge Pie, Goober Peanut Pie, Snickerdoodle Pie, and a Créme Fraîche Caramel Pear Pie for us to sample in class. These nontraditional pies will become a Thanksgiving tradition at your table. Bring your favorite apron, a pie pan and a rolling pin!

Hands-on, $100
