Back for another round of healthy grains and recipes. Knowing your local farmers is good for your health, the environment and the community. We are delighted to introduce you to Doris and Joe Bozzi of Local Millers. They are milling grains from local farmers and you see and taste the difference.
Each month you will receive 2, 2 lb bags of grains to be used at home in your baking and cooking. At each pick up they will provide recipes on how to use the grains. Some uses, are breads, pizza, pasta, fruited cakes, grits, cornbread and crackers.
We will email you with the time and day for the pick-up.
