International Workshop-Brazil, September 27, 10:30-2:30
We will be cooking many dishes from different regions of Brazil - most of which have been heavily influenced by Portuguese, Japan, and other surrounding countries. Recipes will include:
Galinhada (Chicken and Saffron Rice)
Moqueca (Fish Stew)
Pao de Queijo (Brazilian Cheese Bread)
Acarajé (a crispy fritter made from mashed black-eyed peas and minced onion),
Brigadeiros (Brazilian chocolate truffles)
Canjica (white corn cooked with coconut milk, sugar, and cinnamon)
