Join Chef Patrick in making two different Greek classics. Tender stuffed grape leaves with rice and herbs. As well as sweet, roasted stuffed tomatoes, peppers and zucchini (and whatever else Patrick finds at the market). These traditional Greek dishes are wonderful for family gatherings and simple meals and snacks. Patrick will also share his favorite way to make Soulvaki.
Dolmadakia - stuffed grape leaves with rice, beef and herbs. Vegetarian available
Gemista - stuffed bell peppers, tomatoes and zucchini with rice, beef and herbs braised with tomato sauce
Souvlaki, citrus and herb-marinated chicken and roasted vegetables served with fluffy pita and fresh toppings and feta cheese
