A fun day at the Farmhouse! We will break into groups to make several batches of my favorite sweet dough. While the dough is rising, I will demo the process of filling and rolling with some dough that I've made ahead of time - and share my tips for making these delectable swirled pastries perfect every time! We will have options for different fillings (caramelized apples, berries, chocolate chips, etc.) so you can customize your rolls. Each guest will make and take a pan of 6 rolls home to bake and enjoy, or freeze for later! (I'll provide the foil pan for each guest, as well as finishing/freezing instructions and a few different glaze recipes that you can make at home). While the demo rolls are on their second rise + baking, each group will assemble a dish to enjoy for brunch, along with our freshly baked Cinnamon Rolls that we will finish with a few of my favorite glazes and icings! Brunch recipes inlcude:

-Smoky Potato and Short Rib Hash with Pickled Onions and Chipotle Crema

-Herbed Fritatta with Blistered Tomatoes and Goat Cheese

-Roasted Vegetable Display with Dijon Vinaigrette

-Fresh Fruit and Berries with Honey-Citrus Yogurt
