Biscuit Brunch, April 4, 10:00-12:00
I love the flavor and versatility of biscuits! Come join me for this fun demo class. We will gather around the island as I demo a classic buttermilk biscuit with a few tips & tricks along the way. We will then move on to my cravable Cheddar Skillet Biscuits with Honey Butter. When the classic biscuits come out of the oven, I will show you both sweet and savory applications by making Strawberry Short Cake, Pimento Cheese, Sausage Gravy and a Plum jam! We will end class enjoying our production and talking about some of the science behind baking biscuits.
