Taco Fiesta, August 27, 6:00-8:00

Bring on all of the summer fiestas! We'll be ready with our chips and salsa - and a wonderful variety of perfectly seasoned fillings for our pre-made tortillas! Everyone will have a hand in creating a colorful buffet to enjoy. The fillings will include Shrimp Chimichurri, Tinga Chicken, Chipotle Steak, and a Southwest Vegetable filling. Of course, we'll have loads of fun preparing all of the accompaniments as well. But what really rounds out the party - some refreshing Agua Frescas, and a sweet treat of Tres Leches Trifles!
