For this hands-on class, we'll cover all of the steps needed in order to create a perfect scone! We'll discuss differences in sweet vs. savory scones, and have fun with some butters and glazes. While the scones are chilling (a very important step in creating a great scone), we will break into groups to create a seasonal Mixed Greens Salad with fresh berries, nectarines, candied pecans, goat cheese, and White Wine Vinaigrette and Lemon & Herb Chicken Breasts. We'll also make a refreshing Strawberry Punch to quench our thirst!

The scone recipes we'll make in class: Bacon Cheddar Scones, Gruyere and Prosciutto Scones, Asiago Chive Scones, Cherry Almond Scones, Triple Chocolate Scones, and Raspberry Lemon Poppy Seed Scones
