Without a doubt, one of our favorite reads this year has been “Taste My Life Through Food” by Mr. Stanley Tucci. He has an incomparable spirit and interesting story and, of course, a very food-centric view on life. Revisiting some of the episodes of “Searching For Italy” provided additional inspiration. Pasta is the focus in this class and our menu will include Chicken Milanese cutlet with tomato and arugula garnish, Spaghetti Alle Zucchine (Spaghetti With Zucchini and Basil), Rigatoni all’Amatriciana (Rigatoni With Guanciale and Tomatoes). Delizie al Limone (lemon mini cakes), the luxurious lemon dessert from the Amalfi Coast, will conclude the evening.
