Neopolitan Pizza Night, June 28, 6:30-8:30

Yohalex has a passion for making Neapolitan Pizza. In this class you will learn the steps for the proper fermentation of dough. A special stretching technique, "Schiaffo" (slapping in English). While you are learning and making your own pizza Yohalex will have small bites and dessert. You will leave feeling confident to make your own dough and Neopolitan pizza in your home kitchen. Yohalex will bring a few of his favorite Latin toppings.
