Work alongside restaurateur Kent Rigsby and prepare a delicious Mediterranean style meal inspired by the sun- drenched cuisines of Provence, Italy, Spain, Greece, Turkey and Morocco.

The inaugural class will make Ligurian Focaccia, Marinated Olives, Roasted Pepper, Fontina, and Arugula Salad, Pasta with Artichokes, Mushrooms and English Peas, Chicken with Grapes and Polenta, Almond Pudding with Apricot Compote.

Class members will be the cooks, servers and guests.

Dinner will be “family style”
