Chef's Table: Hearty Grain & Protein Bowls, May 28 6:00-8:30
Frequently, I find myself looking for exciting new entree ideas that are more on the 'simple' side, but still have loads of flavor and can satisfy a big appetite. For this Chef's Table dinner, I will treat you to 3 of my favorite, anything-but-ordinary bowl-style entrees. We'll top off our dinner with a seasonal dessert!
Farro Bowl - Pan Seared Salmon, Arugula, Dijon Roasted Vegetables, Goat Cheese, Crispy Chickpeas, Lemon-Herb Dressing
Quinoa Bowl - Balsamic Marinated Chicken, Steamed Kale, Feta, Pickled Red Onions, Fresh Cucumber, Oven-Roasted Tomatoes, Basil Vinaigrette
Fried Rice Bowl - Brown Rice, Asian Vegetables, Sesame-Garlic Strip Steak, Fried Egg, Sriracha Aioli, Cilantro
