The arepa is a food made of ground pre-cooked corn meal (gluten-free) in a round and flattened shape. It can be cooked in different ways: roasted, baked or fried and filled or served with any ingredient. We will have beef, chicken, vegetarian and vegan options.

This traditional Venezuelan and Colombian food is usually eaten as a main dish at breakfast and dinner or after going out dancing. Yohalex will share his recipe and techniques for shaping, filling and cooking the arepa.

There will also be Latin snacks and dessert for you to enjoy.
