I love tart cherries, and enjoy the flavor they bring to a variety of sweet and savory dishes! We will all participate in making a flavorful and creative buffet of dishes to enjoy, showcasing these crimson beauties. Recipes include Tart Cherry Chutney with Bleu Cheese and Toasted Baguette; Wild Rice and Orzo Salad with Roasted Cherries, Pickled Shallots, Spring Vegetables, and Tart Cherry Vinaigrette; Herbed Chicken Meatballs with Tart Cherry Barbeque Sauce; Tart Cherry Crumb Bars; and Mini Cherry-Cheese Tarts
