In this hands-on class you will learn how to make delicious and nutritious snacks which are easy to prepare, such as a variety of protein or energy balls and bites, breakfast cookies, and cocoa roasted almonds. You will go home with all of the healthy eats and power treats made during class and their recipes. Please bring an apron and container to class.
