Cooking with Garden Herbs, July 9, 10:00-1:00
My first job as a teen was at a local family-owned farm market, and I was the unofficial "Herb Girl" on site!! I have always been amazed at how much a dish can be transformed by simply adding the right herb or herbs. If you are looking for some new recipe ideas using the best herbs this season has to offer, this class is great place to start!
A wonderful variety of herbs will be present (many of them from our own Farmhouse garden), and we will create a fragrant buffet of dishes - from appetizers, to desserts - using herbs in each recipe. Our menu includes:
