Bring your special Sous Chef and Join Chef Joshua for an evening of hands on cooking and intimate dining. The menu for this event will include: Sunumono (Cucumber Salad), Matsutake Dobin Mushi (Mushroom Broth with Chicken and Shrimp), Buta no Kakuni (Japanese Braised Pork Belly), Sticky Rice, Grilled Bok Choy and Strawberry Daifuku. BYOB for this event. Please bring an apron to class.
